POLICY

WE WANT YOU TO ABSOLUTELY ADORE YOUR MALONE COMFORT WEAR WHICH IS WHY WE OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS PROVIDED THAT:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned in the original packaging, unworn in the original condition.
  •  The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
  •  Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  1. Email admin@malonecomfort.co.za with your order number and name of items you wish to return
  2. We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel
  3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Lahana Active will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
  4. Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

 

IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM 

  • Please email admin@malonecomfort.co.za with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement, store credit or refund as soon as possible
  • Any faults that occur after 1 month will not be accepted

**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty**
